This page explains how Jeshify licenses work, what is permitted, what is restricted, and the difference between the Regular License and the Extended License. By purchasing any product from Jeshify, you agree to comply with the terms below.

General License Overview

All products sold on Jeshify are ready-made source code. When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a usage license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Regular License (Single Business – Standard Use)

The Regular License is suitable for individual business owners and startups launching a single project.

• Lifetime license validity
• Permitted for one (1) domain only
• Permitted for one (1) business only
• All premium features included
• Lifetime FREE updates
• 6 months of general and technical support (as per standard support policy)
• Commercial use allowed (even if the end product is paid or sold)
• Admin panel FREE installation on cPanel
• Code customization allowed

Regular License Restrictions

• No multiple domains
• No multiple businesses
• No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
• No SaaS, marketplace, or client-based reuse

Extended License (Single Business – Priority Use)

The Extended License is designed for buyers who require priority support and enhanced assistance, while still being limited to a single business and domain.

• Lifetime license validity
• Permitted for one (1) domain only
• Permitted for one (1) business only
• All premium features included
• Lifetime FREE updates
• 6 months of general and technical support
• Priority support with faster response time
• Commercial use allowed
• Admin panel FREE installation on cPanel
• Permission to remove Jeshify branding (if applicable)

Extended License Restrictions

• No multiple domains
• No multiple businesses
• No resale or redistribution
• No SaaS or marketplace usage
• No reuse for multiple clients
  
   

Updates & Support Policy

Lifetime FREE updates include bug fixes, security patches, minor improvements, and compatibility updates. Support covers installation assistance, configuration guidance, and bug fixes for original features only.

Customization, new feature development, and third-party integrations are not included and are available as paid services.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Jeshify retains full intellectual property rights. Buyers receive usage rights only under the selected license. Redistribution or resale of the source code is strictly prohibited.

License Violation

Any violation of these terms may result in license termination, loss of support and updates, and possible legal action.
